I think that this would make a real nice cocktail sauce for shrimp, but I only had the chance to taste it on potato chips so far.
- 1/2 cup soft chevre cheese
- 2 tblspns Worchestershire sauce
- 2 tblspns hot chili paste, mediterannean style
- 5 or 6 fresh raspberries
- 1/4 spicy dijon mustard
- 2 pinches cayenne pepper
- pinch curry powder
- pinch black pepper
Stir until creamy

thats a good idea to use fruit to sweeten the sauce instead of sugar or ketchup. im going to try it.
