snack cakes: it’s a fraud

Chevre, Raspberry, Chili Cocktail Sauce

I think that this would make a real nice cocktail sauce for shrimp, but I only had the chance to taste it on potato chips so far.

  • 1/2 cup soft chevre cheese
  • 2 tblspns Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tblspns hot chili paste, mediterannean style
  • 5 or 6 fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 spicy dijon mustard
  • 2 pinches cayenne pepper
  • pinch curry powder
  • pinch black pepper

Stir until creamy
